Hi my name is CeCelia Baughn. I’ve been a Professional Makeup Artist for 3 years now. I’ve been professionally trained in South Florida at Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry. I currently have a certification in Production Makeup Artistry, which includes: Editorial, Beauty, Fashion, Bridal, Body Painting, Character, and TV/Film. Although my niches include Editorial, Fashion, and Beauty. I would describe my work as clean with a distinctive use of color.

I am currently located in South Florida/ the Miami area looking to build my portfolio and connect with creative people like myself.
